2002 (7) TMI 548 - AT - Customs

The appellant filed a Miscellaneous Application for restoration of an appeal dismissed for not complying with a Stay Order to deposit Rs. 50,000. The appellant deposited the amount late due to financial difficulties. The Tribunal restored the appeal considering substantial justice and fixed it for disposal on 2-8-2002.
