2000 (10) TMI 906 - HC - Companies Law
The High Court of Delhi disposed of a writ petition challenging the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2000. The petitioner's main argument was that the scheme allowed authorities to pass orders arbitrarily without giving reasons. However, the respondents amended the prescribed proforma to require reasons for condoning delays, addressing the petitioner's concern. The petitioner did not seek further relief, and the writ petition was disposed of accordingly.
