2002 (11) TMI 605 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai heard a case regarding the classification of goods under sub-headings 2708.11 and 2708.19. The Commissioner's decision was remanded back for fresh consideration due to discrepancies in test reports and specifications from manufacturers. The department's appeal was allowed for remand.
