2003 (5) TMI 296 - AT - Central Excise
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi allowed the appeal of M/s. PGO Processors Pvt. Ltd. for refund of duty on processed fabrics manufactured on job work basis. The Tribunal remanded the matter back to the Assistant Commissioner for fresh decision after adjudication of the pending show cause notice on duty payment basis.
