The Revenue appealed against a decision by the Commissioner (Appeals) regarding duty demand on non-alloy steel rod manufacture. The appeal was rejected as earlier show cause notices on assessable value were settled under KVSS, preventing further disputes on the same issue. The Tribunal upheld the Commissioner's decision.
