2003 (10) TMI 327 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai directed the appellant to pre-deposit duty of Rs. 34,190 due to addition of interest to assessable value of processed fabrics. Failure to comply within four weeks would result in vacation of stay and dismissal of appeal. Compliance to be reported on 17-11-2003.
