2003 (5) TMI 368 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Bangalore considered a stay application for waiver of duty and penalty. The matter was disposed of by remanding it to the adjudicating authority for fresh examination in line with a circular from the Board. The appeal was disposed of accordingly.
