The High Court of Rajasthan dismissed the application filed under section 460(6) of the Companies Act, 1956 regarding the auction/sale of a company's property in liquidation. The court observed that the applicant had inspected the assets for sale but was not making any offer to purchase them. The application was deemed not maintainable and was dismissed.
