Summary

The High Court of Rajasthan dismissed an application for recall/revocation of a winding-up order dated 16-3-2000 for Shri Shiva Spinners Limited. The applicants, who were promoters and directors of the company, did not file an appeal against the order in time. The court ruled that the proper remedy for them would have been to file a petition with a revival scheme instead of the application. Consequently, the application and the stay application were both dismissed.
