2003 (10) TMI 433 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai heard a dispute regarding the classification of swimming goggles under Chapter 95 or Chapter 90. The impugned order-in-appeal reduced the penalty from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 1,000. The appeal was rejected, and the order was pronounced on 27-11-2002.
