The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi dismissed the application regarding anti-dumping duty on lead acid batteries from certain countries due to misdeclaration issues. The Tribunal found no justification for allowing imports without imposing the duty based on the goods being declared as "Non-automotive and non-industrial".
