2003 (10) TMI 447 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Bangalore allowed the condonation of delay in filing an appeal due to the appellant's illness supported by a Medical Certificate, despite discrepancies pointed out by the Revenue's representative. The delay of 40 days was condoned, and the miscellaneous application was allowed. (2003 (10) TMI 447 - CESTAT, Bangalore)
