2004 (5) TMI 396 - AT - Central Excise

The case involved condonation of delay of 42 days in filing an appeal by M/s. Sunrise Soaps and Chemicals Ltd. The delay was due to a mistaken belief that an appeal by another party covered their grounds. The Tribunal allowed the condonation and scheduled the appeal for regular hearing.
