2004 (7) TMI 389 - AT - Customs

The stay application sought waiver of pre-deposit of fine and penalty for importing Chromium Metal Powder without a license. The Tribunal found a strong prima facie case on merits and allowed the stay petition, waiving the pre-deposit until the appeal's disposal. Post for regular hearing on 24th August 2004.
