2004 (7) TMI 421 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Kolkata dismissed the Revenue's miscellaneous application as no proceedings were pending before the Tribunal after the appeal was finally decided on January 30, 2003. The application for stay of order was not maintainable and was rejected.
