2004 (8) TMI 499 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi directed the appellant to make a pre-deposit of Rs. 1,40,000 towards duty within 4 weeks. Failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeals. Compliance to be reported on 16-9-2004.
