2004 (9) TMI 458 - AT - Customs

The applicant filed for waiver of pre-deposit of duty. Customs Authorities classified goods as 'Woven Pile Fabrics' without evidence. The imported goods were not sampled before clearance, and imports by another company were from a different country. Pre-deposit of duty waived for appeal hearing. Adjourned for arguments to 8-12-2004.
