2005 (3) TMI 625 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Chennai allowed early hearing of an appeal regarding the suspension of a Customs House Agent Licence. The Tribunal stated that stay can only be granted in respect of duty, penalty, and interest demanded from the applicants. The Tribunal decided to post the appeal for regular hearing on 11-4-2005, considering the livelihood of the applicant.
