The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Bangalore dismissed the appeal due to non-compliance with the terms of the stay order requiring a pre-deposit of Rs. 10,00,000. Shri L. Narasimha Murthy represented the respondent, while no one appeared for the appellant.
