2005 (10) TMI 297 - AT - Customs

The Revenue's application for stay of the operation of the impugned order was dismissed as the refund was due to clerical error. The appeal filed by the respondent was allowed in respect of refund. The appeal was dismissed. (Dictated & pronounced in open Court on 24-10-2005)
