2005 (10) TMI 371 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai upheld the lower appellate authority's decision that the goods were eligible for exemption under Notification No. 23/96-Cus as they were considered "Digital Imaging System for face X-ray" for dental radiography. The department's appeal was rejected.
