2005 (10) TMI 390 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai rejected the Department's appeal for enhancement of redemption fine on imported goods, upholding the Commissioner's decision of Rs. 10,37,170.20 fine due to goods being imported by the actual user. The cross-objection filed by the respondents was also rejected.
