2005 (12) TMI 521 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai upheld the confiscation of python skins imported for embroidery due to lack of Wild Life Protection Act certificate. Penalty reduced from Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 50,000. Appeal dismissed.
