2007 (4) TMI 535 - AT - Central Excise

The applicant filed an appeal with the Tribunal, but it was returned due to defects. The applicant rectified the defects before the appeal was returned. The Tribunal allowed the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The matter is directed to be fixed for hearing. Application for COD is allowed.
