2008 (5) TMI 586 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi allowed the waiver of pre-deposit of penalties for the applicant whose goods worth Rs. 1 Crore 45 lakhs were confiscated. Stay petition is allowed, and the appeal is directed to be listed on 7-7-2008.
