2008 (9) TMI 747 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai admitted three appeals related to the imposition of penalty on employees of a Customs House Agent for aiding in customs duty evasion. The Tribunal found the plea justifiable and admitted the appeals.
