The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi dismissed the application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal by M/s. Davo Laboratories as the appeal was filed within the stipulated period. The Tribunal rejected the Revenue's objection regarding the date of communication of the order to the partnership firm.
