2009 (8) TMI 939 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Mumbai directed an appellant to pre-deposit duty with interest, but as interest was not quantified due to non-payment of duty, pre-deposit of interest was waived and recovery stayed. Compliance was noted.
