The High Court of Andhra Pradesh allowed the appeal against an order of the Board of Revenue regarding inter-State sales tax, following a Supreme Court decision that goods delivered outside the state are not taxable. The decision of the Board was set aside, and the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes was restored.
