1982 (12) TMI 165 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh allowed the tax revision cases and remitted the matter to the first assessing authority for the assessees to produce forms I within seven days. If forms I are produced within the specified time, they may be considered for appropriate orders. No further time will be granted beyond the stipulated period.
