1987 (2) TMI 478 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The High Court dismissed revisions related to awarding costs in Rajasthan Sales Tax Act cases. The court held that the authority has discretion to award costs, inherent in its constitution. The revisions were dismissed, parties to bear own costs, and the matter to proceed before the Tribunal.
