1997 (1) TMI 485 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax
The High Court of Kerala quashed exhibit P10 order cancelling the petitioner's registration certificate as it was passed without considering exhibits P7 and P8 objections. The court directed the respondent to pass fresh orders within one month after affording the petitioner an opportunity to be heard. Failure to cooperate may result in the respondent passing appropriate orders based on available records. The original petition was disposed of accordingly.
