1990 (1) TMI 305 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The High Court of Andhra Pradesh dismissed the tax revision case as there was no justification for making additions to the turnover on an ad hoc basis when the books of the assessee were not rejected. The Tribunal rightly deleted the additions. The petition was dismissed. (1990 (1) TMI 305 - Andhra Pradesh High Court)
