1999 (6) TMI 464 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The High Court of Andhra Pradesh ruled on the classification of fish/prawn feed as "poultry feed" and "cattle feed" under entry 80 of the Sales Tax Act. The Tribunal classified it under entry 80 based on expert opinion and previous court decisions. The High Court upheld the Tribunal's decision, dismissing the tax revision case with no costs.
