1997 (10) TMI 387 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The Rajasthan High Court accepted the revision application against the judgment of the Sales Tax Tribunal, which rectified an assessment order for the period without exemption availability. The Court upheld the rectification order and set aside the Tribunal and Deputy Commissioner's orders.
