2001 (9) TMI 1116 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The Kerala High Court dismissed the revisions filed by commission agents challenging their assessment for turnover tax on goods sold on behalf of registered dealers. The Court held that the agents satisfied the definition of a dealer and failed to comply with the exemption requirements, thus upholding the Tribunal's decision.
