The petitioners claimed benefit of incentive scheme for waste of rayon yarn, denied initially, but granted upon revision. Waste classified as rayon yarn above 1100 deniers, eligible for benefit under Notification No. 198/76. Government held waste eligible for concessions under said notification. Revision application disposed accordingly.
