1982 (1) TMI 189 - CGOVT - Central Excise

The Central Government of India dismissed a revision application against a Trade Notice, stating it was premature as it was made before exhausting the appellate process. The Board's advice is not binding on lower authorities. The application was considered inadmissible and dismissed.
