2002 (11) TMI 768 - SCH - Central Excise
The Supreme Court of India granted leave on the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 12391 of 2002 filed by Commissioner of Central Excise, Madras against a judgment and order dated 23-11-2002 of the High Court of Madras. The delay was condoned subject to payment of Rs. 25,000/- as cost. Original record shall be requisitioned for the case.
