1996 (9) TMI 11 - HC - Income Tax

The High Court of Kerala upheld the decision to enhance the value of closing stock based on market price for estate duty assessment. The court ruled in favor of the Revenue and against the accountable person. The judgment will be sent to the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal, Cochin Bench for further action.
