2014 (4) TMI 1066 - HC - Service TaxAppeal against the decision of tribunal 2007 (12) TMI 152 - CESTAT BANGALORE dismissed for non-prosecution - Tribunal in this case has confirmed the levy of service tax on Cable operator services including the amount collected towards payments to pay channels.
The appeal filed in 2007 is still pending for admission. Adjournments were sought previously, but today, no one appeared for the appellant. The court dismissed the appeal for non-prosecution.
