2012 (2) TMI 484 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Kerala dismissed the appeal regarding the cancellation of a temporary Custom House Agent's license due to the failure of the employee to pass the required examination within the specified time frame. The appellant failed to appoint a qualified employee within the given period, leading to the cancellation of the license. The appeal was dismissed as there was no merit found in the case.
