2009 (5) TMI 903 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Ahmedabad rejected Revenue's appeals regarding duty on raw materials, as duty had already been demanded on finished goods. The Commissioner's decision was upheld based on previous Tribunal decisions.
