The Gujarat High Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal for review. The petitioner can now deposit Rs. 6 lakhs as ordered by the Tribunal earlier. The appeal was dismissed for not depositing the amount in time. Permission granted. Case disposed of as withdrawn.
