The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Ahmedabad allowed the waiver of pre-deposit of amounts involved in a case regarding CENVAT Credit on gardening and housekeeping services used in the factory premises. The recovery of the amounts was stayed until the appeal was disposed of. The appeal was directed to be listed for disposal on 15.11.2013.
