The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT KOLKATA allowed the restoration of Appeals that were earlier dismissed due to lack of COD Clearance. The necessary clearance has now been produced, leading to the order dismissing the Appeals being recalled. Appeals and Stay Petitions are restored to their original numbers for further proceedings. Stay Petitions are scheduled for hearing on 22.03.2010.
