The petitioner sought release of his trucks loaded with coal, claiming illegal detention and detention charges of Rs. 2,000 per day. Trucks were released as per court order. Court did not find petitioner's claim for damages proven, declining to use Article 226 jurisdiction. Petitioner advised to pursue relief through appropriate legal avenues.
