The appeal was filed against the rejection of factory stuffing permission for export consignments. The Commissioner's order was not a speaking order, so the case was remanded back to the Commissioner to pass a proper order after hearing the appellant within two weeks. The matter was remanded to the Commissioner of Customs (E) Nhava Sheva.
