The Supreme Court dismissed the wife's appeal against the order for restitution of conjugal rights. The courts found no reliable evidence of ill-treatment by the husband or his parents. The burden of proof issue was deemed unimportant. The appeal was dismissed, and the husband was ordered to pay the wife's litigation expenses.
