Detention of goods - provisional release of goods - remedies u/s 28(5) and (6) of the CA - Held that - in the event the Court finds that the relief claimed i.e. reduction in the quantum of bank guarantee amount is not feasible the petitioner may be granted liberty to claim its rights under law especially under Sections 28(5) and (6) in the event a SCN is issued - Liberty granted to the petitioner to avail of the remedies under Sections 28(5) and (6) of the Customs Act - petition dismissed.
